We do not look at your credit score in the background check. We look for any evictions and debt-to-income ratios.
Under Arizona law, a landlord may ask for a security deposit up to an amount that is equal to 1 + ½ month's rent. We do this to protect the property in the event a tenant destroys it and or leaves before their lease is up. If there are no damages this money is returned with no issues.

No. These units have a 6-month rental lease agreement to start, after that, it goes Month-to-Month automatically. You are welcome to stay longer than 6 months assuming it is a good agreement with both parties but it would be by a month-to-month basis.
We stopped live tours due to Covid. It is also a huge time sink for people that are not serious or ready to move in. It also gets the apartment dirty and it has to be cleaned again before a tenant moves in. We try and provide as many pictures and videos as we can and we guarantee the unit to be the same and as clean as we show in our ads.
